1. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of tech products including laptops accessories, SSD, Graphics consoles, accessories, and more from leading brands like Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Sony, and others.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our product categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for a faster checkout experience or continue as a guest.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) other payment modules shall be added in future iterations such as PayPal, and other secure payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay will be in the next phases. 

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and track your order under “Order History.”

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7 day-return policy for most products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. 

6. Do you offer warranties on products?

Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms depend on the brand. You can find warranty information by contacting the manufacturer.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 10 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 in select regions.
